We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Arc Line Mobility gift cards. All payments are securely processed by PCI‑DSS compliant partners.
Yes! At checkout you can choose Affirm or Klarna to split your purchase into easy monthly payments. Approval is instant and does not affect your credit score.
You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing info@arclinemobility.com. After that, it may already be processed for shipping – we’ll do our best, but cannot guarantee changes.
We accept B2B purchase orders for orders above $5,000. Please contact our corporate sales team at b2b@arclinemobility.com to set up terms.
Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and applicable state/local laws. The exact amount will be shown at checkout before payment. Orders to AK, DE, MT, NH, OR are tax‑free.
Processing takes 1–2 business days, then transit: 5–7 days for e‑bikes (freight) and 3–5 days for accessories. Total delivery averages 6–9 business days. You’ll receive tracking once shipped.
E‑bikes cannot be shipped to PO boxes because they require freight carriers. Accessories under 50 lbs can be sent to PO boxes via USPS. We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO at this time.
For e‑bikes: FedEx Freight, UPS Freight, R+L Carriers. For accessories: FedEx Ground, UPS, USPS Priority Mail.
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Orders over $1,499 usually qualify for free ground shipping – watch for the banner on our site!
Yes – e‑bikes require a signature. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window. For accessories, the driver may leave the package if it’s safe to do so.
If you notice damage, note it on the delivery receipt, take photos, and contact us within 48 hours at info@arclinemobility.com. We'll arrange a repair or replacement.
You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. The bike must be unused (0 miles), in original packaging, with all accessories. A 15% restocking fee applies unless the return is due to our error.
Email info@arclinemobility.com with your order number and reason. We'll issue an RMA and provide the return address. Do not ship without an RMA.
Once we receive and inspect your return (3–5 days), we process the refund within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take 2–5 extra days. Total: up to 14 days after we receive the item.
No, the bike must be unused (0 miles) for a return. If you've ridden it, you may still be covered under warranty for defects, but we cannot accept it for a change‑of‑mind refund.
Yes: helmets (hygiene), final sale/clearance items, gift cards, and any bike that has been assembled or ridden. Accessories opened are returnable only if defective.
For the original owner, the frame and rigid fork are warranted for life against manufacturing defects. This excludes paint, decals, crash damage, or modifications.
Batteries are covered for 2 years or 500 charge cycles (whichever first). The warranty guarantees at least 75% capacity retention during that period.
Yes – we offer a warranty transfer program. The new owner must pay a $75 transfer fee and have the bike inspected at an authorized service center within 30 days of purchase. After transfer, they receive the remaining warranty coverage.
Warranty is void if the bike has been: modified (speed hack, aftermarket parts), used for racing/stunts, improperly assembled, or damaged by accident, neglect, or water ingress.

Range depends on model, rider weight, terrain, and assist level. Typically 20–50 miles. Our City Commuter Pro offers up to 50 miles in eco mode, while the All‑Terrain Explorer gives 35 miles.
Most batteries charge in 4–6 hours from empty. Fast chargers (available separately) can reduce that to 3–4 hours. We recommend charging at room temperature.
Yes, all Arc Line batteries are designed for easy removal and replacement. We sell replacement batteries on our site. Follow the manual for safe handling.
Store at 50–70% charge in a cool, dry place (50–70°F). Charge to 100% every 2 months to keep cells healthy. Never store in freezing temperatures.
Most local bike shops can handle mechanical repairs (brakes, gears, tires). For electrical issues, we recommend an authorized Arc Line service center. Check our website for a list.
We stock common spares (brake pads, tubes, chargers, displays) on our site. For rare parts, contact support – we’ll source them for you.
We recommend a basic check every 6 months (brakes, gears, tire pressure, bolt tightening). A full service by a professional once a year keeps it in top shape.
In most U.S. states, e‑bikes (Class 1, 2, and 3) do not require a license, registration, or insurance. However, local laws vary – please check your state's regulations. Riders must be at least 16 for Class 3.
Helmet laws differ by state. Many require helmets for riders under 18. We strongly recommend wearing a certified bike helmet regardless of age.
Class 1 and 2 e‑bikes are generally allowed on bike paths and multi‑use trails unless posted otherwise. Class 3 (28 mph) may be restricted on some paths. Always follow local signage.
Most Arc Line e‑bikes support a total weight (rider + cargo) of 300–350 lbs. Check the specs on each product page for exact limits.
Our Class 1 and 2 e‑bikes assist up to 20 mph. Class 3 models (like the Speedster Pro) assist up to 28 mph. All are street‑legal in most states.
Absolutely – our motors provide plenty of torque. The All‑Terrain Explorer has a 750W motor with 80 Nm torque, easily handling 15% grades. Hill climbing is where e‑bikes shine!
Yes, most models have mounting points for racks, fenders, and kickstands. Check the product specs for max accessory weight. We also sell compatible accessories on our site.
