By accessing our website at https://arclinemobility.com, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access our website or purchase our products.
These Terms comply with applicable U.S. federal and state laws, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Mail or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), and relevant consumer protection statutes .

Be at least 18 years of age
Reside in the United States (including all 50 states and the District of Columbia)
Possess a valid form of payment accepted by us
Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the ordering process
2.2 Account Responsibility
If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
3. Product Information and Pricing
3.1 Product Descriptions
We endeavor to describe and display our electric bikes, accessories, and related mobility products as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, or other content on our site are completely accurate, current, reliable, or error-free.
Under the UCC, an express warranty is created when we provide an affirmation of fact or promise about a good, describe the good, or identify a sample or model as representative of the good . Statements that are merely our opinion or commendation of products (puffery) do not create warranties .
Product colors and finishes may appear differently on your screen due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, and photography techniques. We recommend reviewing the product specifications carefully before purchasing.
3.2 Pricing and Availability
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time prior to accepting your order. Products are offered for sale subject to availability, and we may limit quantities available for purchase.
3.3 Pricing Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, technical issue, or inaccurate pricing information from suppliers, we reserve the right to:
Refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product at the incorrect price
Notify you of the pricing error and provide you with the option to confirm your order at the correct price
Cancel your order even if it has been confirmed and your payment method has been charged
If your payment method was charged for an order that is canceled due to a pricing error, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment promptly.
4. Order Acceptance and Contract Formation
4.1 Order Process
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase products from us. The steps involved in the order process are:
Order Submission: You submit your order by completing the checkout process
Order Confirmation: You receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order (this is not an acceptance of your offer)
Order Acceptance: We accept your offer and form a contract when we dispatch the product(s) to you and send a shipping confirmation email
Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time before dispatch for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud
4.2 Order Verification
To protect against fraud and verify transactions, we may:
Verify billing information with your financial institution
Contact you to confirm order details before processing
Request additional documentation for high-value orders
Decline or cancel orders that cannot be successfully verified

You are authorized to use the payment method
The payment information you provide is accurate and complete
You authorize us to charge the full amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping fees
You will pay charges incurred by you or any users of your account at the prices in effect at the time charges are incurred
5.3 Fraud Prevention
We utilize fraud detection tools to analyze orders for potential fraud. Suspicious orders may be subject to manual review, delay, or cancellation. If we suspect fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to report such activity to relevant authorities and share information with payment processors and law enforcement as necessary.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 Shipping Policy Compliance
Our shipping practices comply with the FTC Mail or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, which applies to orders placed online . Key requirements include:
Reasonable Basis for Shipment Claims: By law, we must have a reasonable basis for stating that a product can be shipped within a certain time. All shipment claims are based on facts, not hopes .
Processing Time: Our obligation to ship begins when we receive all information needed to process the order. The shipment clock starts ticking as soon as payment information is received from the customer, regardless of whether we actually process the payment at the time of the order .
If advertising doesn’t clearly and prominently state the shipment period, we must have a reasonable basis for believing that we can ship within 30 days .
6.2 Delivery Timeframes and Estimates
We provide estimated delivery timeframes based on our reasonable expectations at the time of the promise :
E-Bikes (Freight): Typically 5-7 business days after processing
Accessories (Small Parcel): Typically 2-5 business days after processing
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We base these claims on facts available to us at the time .
6.3 Delay Notification
If we cannot ship within the promised time (or within 30 days if no promise was made), we will:
Notify you of the delay within the original shipment timeframe
Provide a revised shipment date
Explain your right to cancel and receive a full and prompt refund
For definite delays of up to 30 days: We may treat your silence as agreeing to the delay.
For longer or indefinite delays, and second and subsequent delays: We must obtain your written, electronic, or verbal consent to the delay. If you do not provide consent, we will promptly refund all money you paid without being asked .
We reserve the right to cancel orders that we cannot fill in a timely manner, but we will promptly notify you of our decision and provide a prompt refund .
6.4 Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Arc Line Mobility are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with the carrier for lost or damaged shipments.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
7.1 Return Policy
Our return and refund practices are governed by our separate Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of that policy.
7.2 Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms or our Return Policy limits your statutory rights under applicable U.S. consumer protection laws. We do not and cannot restrict, modify, or exclude your right to remedies for products that do not meet consumer guarantees, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose under the Uniform Commercial Code .
Any timeframes specified in our Return Policy (such as 30-day return windows) do not limit your statutory rights regarding defective products. If a product fails to meet consumer guarantees, you may have rights beyond our standard return policy.
8. Warranties and Disclaimers
8.1 Express Warranties
Arc Line Mobility provides express warranties for electric bikes as detailed in our separate Warranty Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The warranty periods specified apply to the original purchaser only and are not transferable .
Express warranties are created by affirmations of fact, promises, descriptions, or samples/models we provide about our products . For products not covered by our express warranty, or for which the manufacturer provides a separate warranty, we pass through the manufacturer’s warranty to you.
8.2 Disclaimer of Implied Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN OUR WARRANTY POLICY, ARC LINE MOBILITY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT .
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES WILL FUNCTION UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE
DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED
THE WEBSITE OR SERVERS ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS
PRODUCT INFORMATION IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR RELIABLE
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
8.3 Puffery vs. Warranties
Statements that are merely our opinion or commendation of products, including subjective claims about product quality or value, do not create express warranties and constitute “puffery” .
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Limitation of Damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ARC LINE MOBILITY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO:
